  • Описание: Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Forecasting & Budgeting Organize and manage disciplined planning and forecasting processes that result in operating plans which are both challenging and deliverable and against which performance can be easily measured. Work close with finance business partners on assumptions and main drivers, make sure align assumptions are implemented constantly, receiving of regional and local insides for planning purposes. Drive planning agenda, adapt planning process for business needs and ensure standardize and efficient approach in all OPEX parts. Periodic Analysis & Reporting Supervise monthly close process and ensure its correctness working with the operating team. Provide management reporting on required level of granularity to facilitate decision-making process. Prepare sector reporting in order to present the status of financial situation in a timely, accurate and transparent manner. Business partnership Building effective interaction of relationships with business partners (BPs) and cross-functions. Act as a Business Partner to the functional teams. Conduct regular performance reviews with BPs . RCC agenda Providing a high level of service for department processes. Ensuring the implementation of KPIs and SLAs in accordance with agreements with BPs. Creation knowledge base: update process maps, DTP (manuals) and service catalogue regularly according with GBS templates and recommendations. Preparation statistic data for the monthly Performance Review according to schedule. Lean Perform culture implementation, Lean instruments using and check-in team’s knowledge. Continuing improvement and process optimization, E2E process building and simplification. Team management Lead, guide, motivate, coach and develop OPEX team to build current and future capability in the finance team. Create inclusive and engaging work environment within the team and manage positive working climate and effective organization of the working process according to legal and local regulations and corporate policies and practices of PepsiCo. Ensure that tough prioritization calls are made as required to ensure team work load is achievable whilst meeting business needs, whilst continually striving for simpler, more efficient ways of working. Responsibilities: Higher educaction 7+ years of relevant experience (at the previous position) 3+ years of team-management Deep understanding of the appropriate sphere High level of communication, presentation skills Excellent knowledge of specialized IT and MS Office applications English - from Upper-Intermediate
