We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Shared Services Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the development, implementation, and support of various systems and applications. Location Egypt, Cairo Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Shared Services Center Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support management and collegues Manage the center's resources, including human resources, financial, and technical resources Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Foster strong relationships with business and stakeholders to promote the center's services and capabilities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Shared Services Center or similar environment Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams Strong technical skills and knowledge of various systems and applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Experience in managing budgets and resources Certification in project management or related field Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Terms of Employment and Working Environment: Full time indefinite term employment contract located in Cairo, Egypt Opportunity to build a perfect career at a large dynamic and rapidly developing company Attractive compensations and benefits Opportunity to organize and manage full scope accounting and finance reporting functions for a series of companies operating in the region
