Additionally, we have developed a custom-built affiliate system as a standalone product. Our company is in an active growth phase, and we are assembling a core team of ambitious professionals who will help us build an exceptional business.We're looking for a talented Recruiter to join our growing team! What You Will Do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring. Actively source candidates using various tools and strategies. Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. Maintain and update the ATS system. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. What We Expect: At least 1 year as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer/HR in the iGaming industry. Experience working with ATS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactive and result-driven mindset. Fluency in Russian, English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
